Shipment & Payment

ORDER
-Please submit your order/enquiry in the following format (copy and paste details below to your email) and send it to us at: mailto:teebags8@gmail.com with the respective subject header: “ORDER” or “ENQUIRY” by the deadline of the pre-order date as indicated on each post:

IN-STOCK ITEMS
- We will sent out the orders once your payment is confirmed and received.
- It may take approximately 3-7 working days to arrive at your delivery address.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS
- Most of our item are pre-ordered to keep our prices low.- Shipping will take approximately 1- 4 weeks, depending on stock validity & arrival of the shipment.

PAYMENT
-Upon receiving your order form, a payment notice/invoice will be send to you.
-Full Payment are to be made within 3 days after confirmation emails are sent out.
-Payment to be made via fund transfer to :DBS Bank Account: DBS Savings Plus Account 011-7-028173 (Singapore Only).
-Other modes of payment are not accepted.
-Orders will only be mailed out AFTER payments have been received.
- Please send an email to inform us once the fund transfer is done. Upon verification, we will arrange for delivery of the items ASAP.

SHIPPING

LOCAL ORDERS
- For orders up to S$39.90, a flat postage fee of S$2.00 applies. (For Delivery Within Singapore)
- For orders from S$40.00 - S$69.90, a flat postage fee of S$3.00 applies. (For Delivery Within Singapore)
- For orders above S$70, postage and handling charges will be wavied. (For Delivery Within Singapore)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Postage will be charged according to Parcel Rates given by Singpost.

- We will confirm shipping/handling charges via email before asking you for payment.
- All parcels can be requested to be sent by Registered Mail (additional S$2.24).
* For all shipments we will NOT BE responsible for packages lost in the mail.

EXCHANGE/RETURN
-Please understand that all sales are FINAL.
- All items will be checked before delivering.
- We will not accept exchange unless wrong item has been sent by us.- Refund will only be made if paid item is out of stock.
